Christian Fischer has been a German patent attorney since 2012 and an authorized representative before the European Patent Office since 2013. In the same year, he joined the law firm Henkel IP Intellectual Property. Mr. Fischer is a representative before the Unified Patent Court.
Mr. Fischer graduated in electrical engineering in 2006, majoring in information and communication technology. He studied at the RWTH Aachen and at Imperial College London. He completed his diploma thesis at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), where he subsequently worked as a research assistant on several projects concerning airborne and satellite microwave sensors.
Mr. Fischer handles numerous cases in application, grant and opposition proceedings. His technical fields of work include – in addition to electrical engineering, information and communication technology – control engineering, sensor technology, medical technology, semiconductor technology and automotive engineering.
