Dr. Philippe Sauer has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1999 and has been a partner of Henkel & Partner Patentanwälte mbB since 2017. He has been a German patent attorney since 2003, a professional representative before the European Patent Office since 2004 and a representative before the Unified Patent Court since 2023.
Dr. Philippe Sauer studied chemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt and obtained his doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysics in Frankfurt am Main. He then spent three years as a laboratory manager in a biotechnology company.
Dr. Sauer is active in all areas of intellectual property law, especially in the fields of chemistry and process engineering.
