Susanne Martin advises and represents national and international clients in all aspects of industrial property protection, with a focus on brands & designs. Her tasks include out-of-court and court representation in national and cross-border brand and design infringement proceedings, as well as the strategic development, maintenance, and defense of brand and design portfolios and contract negotiation and drafting.
Since 2011, she has practiced as an attorney and since 2014 as a specialist lawyer in the field of industrial property protection. Even during her studies at the University of Augsburg and the Universidad San Pablo – CEU in Madrid, and her legal clerkship at the OLG Munich, she specialized in industrial property protection.
She joined Henkel IP Intellectual Property in 2023 and heads the brand and design department.
